The Viera Community Institute will be the host of Viera’s third annual Pet Fest | Derby Day Hat Contest. Come celebrate the official 147th race of the world famous Kentucky Derby by entering your pet in our Derby Day Hat Contest. Awards will be given for the best in three fun categories: Classic, Most Outrageous and Colorful. A Best of Show winner will be chosen from the three main contest categories.
