Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, lower stress, and improve energy. Learn to relax your mind and body with some simple, kid-friendly stretches, stories and a hands-on activity.
Kids (ages 5 and up) can practice yoga with a certified Cosmic Kids Yoga Instructor, Ms. Coco.
* Do I need to sign-up? *
No, but please note that space is limited to the first 15 participants. Please arrive early as class starts promptly and must be allowed to continue without interruption (this helps keep the story alive and the kids involved in the sequence). Please wear loose clothing and bring a towel or mat.
