Grab your sweet heart and celebrate Valentine’s Day. Join us for a class that will bring you closer together through movement, play, breath, touch and yes, intimacy.
Each couple will indulge in nurturing, soothing partner exercises that will relax, rejuvenate, and create deep, lasting bonds.
There will be fun and laughter as we celebrate love and friendship by stretching our bodies and our relationship skills. In this class you will:
* Learn partner-assisted stretches, enabling you to stretch farther than you could on your own.
* Play with standing and seated postures designed to open your body and heart.
* Learn how to both give and receive a therapeutic Thai massage sequence.
The partner stretching and massage techniques you will learn will enrich your life for years to come!
Early registration $45, $50 after Friday 11.
Space is limited so we can have appropriate social distancing between each couple. Pre-registration is required!
No experience required!
This class is suitable for all romantic couples.
Bring a towel/blanket per person and a couple of pillows to class for added comfort.
Bring two yoga mats if you have them, if not you can borrow them from the studio

Jennifer Cleveland
E-RYT completed her first 200hr yoga teacher training in January 2012 and has since completed more than 400 hours of training including Kundalini, tantra and Jennifer is a Strala Yoga guide. Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist, she completed a five month Thai yoga massage training in December 2014 and has continued her training in Vedic Thai Yoga Massage, Vedic 12 zone belly therapy, reflexology and is an intuitive healer, level 2 Reiki practitioner and medical medium.
