Turtle Talk 101 presentations are free and open to the public. The slide presentation is an introduction to sea turtles and includes a basic overview of the sea turtle species with concentration on species that commonly nest on the Brevard County beaches. The presentation also examines the causes of sea turtle population declines and the ongoing laws in effect to protect and prevent them from becoming extinct. Free information brochures will be available for attendees before and after the slide presentation, as well as some sea turtle props on display for viewing.

The Turtle Talk 101 presentation will begin promptly at 10:00am and will last about an hour and a half with questions.
