TOPIC OF DISCUSSION
Council Member Mickie Kellum is inviting residents, businesses and interested persons to attend a community meeting and discussion regarding Florida Municipal Home Rule and short term rentals.

Dominick Montanaro, Satellite Beach Vice-Mayor and Chair of the Space Coast League of Cities Advocacy Team, will be begin the meeting with a brief summary of Municipal Home Rule.

Please be advised that this public community meeting is not an official meeting of the Cape Canaveral City Council or any City Advisory Board. No official action will be taken by the City. However, one or more members of the City Council or City Advisory Board may be in attendance and participate in the community discussion.
