My name is Cara Elizabeth. I am a singer songwriter, light-worker and mental health advocate.
Some people say that my music is very soulful, others describe it as acoustic, indie, folk, blues, etc.
My singing and songwriting are emotional expressions of both the curses and blessings that I face. I like to tell purposeful stories through my lyrical compositions. I impact people in a positive way through music therapy and musical activism.
