Max K Rodes Community Center (West Melbourne)
This 134-acre community park features nine multipurpose fields (three lighted), four lighted baseball fields, three softball fields (two lighted), one tee ball field, two lighted basketball courts, four concession buildings, three playgrounds, two large pavilions, three family pavilions, pedways, boardwalks, nature preserve areas, a fishing pier, two restroom buildings, a maintenance building, and an 18,000-square-foot community center. The community center was built to hurricane standards to be used as a special needs shelter and provides a gymnasium, banquet kitchen with serving counter, a large multi-use/banquet room with divider, three meeting/multi-use rooms, and two sets of restrooms (one set with showers).

Melbourne Auditorium (Melbourne)
The Melbourne Auditorium is a flexible, multi-use facility located on Florida’s Space Coast and central to accommodations, transportation, and a variety of Florida attractions. The facility boosts over 20,000 square feet of usable space including two meeting rooms (side halls) and a main hall. This facility can also be configured into one large open space that is great for large events.

Eau Gallie Civic Center (Eau Gallie)
The Eau Gallie Civic Center, located in Melbourne’s EGAD (Eau Gallie Art’s District) is a multi-use facility with 14,600 sq. ft. of rental space. The building was designed to meet community needs with areas for classes, sports activities, meetings, special events and rentals. It includes a gymnasium, two multi-purpose rooms, kitchen, and offices for the Parks & Recreation Department. The Center hosts classes, rentals, special events, dances, trade shows & exhibitions, sporting events, conventions, and camps.

Front Street Civic Center (Melbourne)
Melbourne’s Front Street Civic Center offers meeting and event space with one of the best views in town. The facility is adaptable to wedding receptions, business luncheons/meetings, volunteer appreciation events, training sessions, and parties. Groups may rent the entire building, one large room that has views of the Indian River Lagoon, or a smaller room for meetings. Large grounds and a gazebo provide lovely settings for outdoor activities, as well. The park provides a covered pavilion, boat ramps and parking.
