Join instructor Sember Baker of The Yoga Garden for a unique blend of arts and yoga!
This gentle yoga class is ideal for anyone wanting to work on stress-release, flexibility and balance in a way that is gradual and comfortable. This class is designed to help students slowly stretch tight muscles and loosen stiff joints. We will ease into a variety of yoga postures, breath work and focused relaxation in an accessible way. This class is great for beginners or seasoned practitioners!
Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
