In this 2 part series to vinyasa style yoga, Koah will provide you some tools each session that build on one another to find comfort, safety, and confidence in your ever-evolving yoga practice. Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga which movements are typically linked with breath. After you complete this series, you will have the knowledge behind basic breath-work, poses and foundations to make your practice feel the best for you as you continue your yoga journey.
