This class will give you a basic understanding of energy, taught through the lens of a Shaman.

In this class we will review topics including:
-energy strands and how they are formed
-energetic cords and cutting cords that no longer serve us
-protection and grounding
-working with angelic energies
-how to cultivate your energy

Shamanic practices including:
-working with plant and animal medicine including spirit and power animals
-working with elemental energies
-How to call to the great forces
-opening sacred space
-opening your “wiracocha”
