Use your mid-day break to energize your body and mind with 30-ish minutes of gentle yoga. Lauren will lead you through very gentle movements and stretches that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day. ⚡️

💚 As an added bonus, Keenun will prepare delicious plant-based food samples for you to try. (you are also welcome to bring a lunch if you like) After yoga, you can relax and have a bite, along with some great conversation — We have plenty of space at our large tables. Or, if you need to get right back to the office, you can grab your munchies and go!

🗓 This will be a weekly class, held each Wednesday, at 12 Noon.

☀️ The yoga portion of this offering will take place outside (in a soft grassy area) and then you’ll head inside for plant-based yummies and ice cold water. You’ll need to bring a yoga mat or blanket and we will take care of the rest! (we will have a few mats and blankets to loan out if need be) You might want to bring a water bottle, but we will also have water available.
