No need to bring anything but yourself and some comfortable shoes to workout in! You will be on the grassy ground for parts of the workout so be sure to wear cloths that are OK to get slightly dirty.
The workout will be led by Marc Boucher, a local personal trainer and Crossfit coach. Expect it to last roughly 30-45 minutes. This workout is appropriate for athletes of any fitness level as all exercises can be scaled to meet your current level. Be sure to bring water!!! There is a fountain at the park, but bottled water is MUCH tastier.
