Cape Canaveral Lighthouse Foundation (Cape Canaveral)
The Cape Canaveral Lighthouse has stood on the cape for over 150 years.In the beginning the current lighthouse was located about a mile and a half east toward the tip of Cape Canaveral. It was not, however, the first lighthouse located on the cape. The first tower, built of brick, was just 65 feet tall. After many mariners voiced their concern that this structure was not tall enough to sufficiently warn ships of the abundance of shoals just off the cape shores, the government approved construction of the current tower.Todays lighthouse was originally built about 80 to 90 feet from the first brick tower but was moved inland in the late 1800's due to the encroaching sea.

Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (Merritt Island)
Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge was established to: Provide habitat for migratory birds, provide habitat and protection for endangered species, provide habitat for natural wildlife diversity, provide opportunities for wildlife-dependent recreational activities.The refuge is open daily sunrise to sunset. The Visitor Information Center is open 8 am to 4 pm seven days a week from November- March, closed on Sundays April - October. The Visitor Center is closed on some federal holidays.
Astronaut Memorial Planetarium and Observatory (Cocoa)
The Astronaut Memorial Planetarium and Observatory, or AMPO, also known as the Eastern Florida State College Planetarium and Observatory, is an astronomical observatory and planetarium at Eastern Florida State College in Cocoa, Florida. The facility consists of a planetarium, public observatory, large-screen movie theater, exhibit halls, multi-media classroom and an art gallery.Planetarium and observatoryThe 210-seat planetarium theater is a 70-foot overhead hemisphere onto which images from a variety of projectors are shone, to simulate the night sky and to provide multimedia educational and entertainment programs to area schools and to the public. Space Coast Stadium (Viera)
Space Coast Stadium is a baseball stadium in Viera, Florida, owned by Brevard County, Florida. It has served as the spring training facility for the Florida Marlins (1994-2002), Montreal Expos (2003-2004), and Washington Nationals (2005-2016) and as the home field of the Brevard County Manatees (1994-2016). After renovation, it is scheduled to reopen as a baseball/softball venue - part of a new multi-sport complex operated by the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) in the fall of 2017. Since 2017, it has been the home field of the USSSA Pride women's professional fast-pitch softball team.

Sea Turtle Preservation Society (Indialantic)
The society’s goal is to help maintain the current sea turtle population and to prevent a potentially irreversible decline in that population through: Maintaining the Sea Turtle House where visitors are always welcome to view and discuss our sea turtle displays and learn more about how to protect them. Sea turtle related merchandise is available for purchase. The proceeds are used to help fund our sea turtle programs.
Wild Horse Rescue Center (Mims)
